Wrong Bill of IDEA POSTPAID Customer Care

Dear Sir,
Since last 8-10 years I am using the IDEA Postpaid.
Bill charged between 05/05/16 to 04/06/16. I have been charged extra Rs. 1017/- which is not justified.
Initially I had paid the partial amount of Bill but the services to my number has been stopped. I had contacted several times on the “Customer Care” but they are telling bill is right & you have to pay.
Customer care has told us that

Inspite of that I had given several Mails to Customer Care & Even for Applette MP zone. But every time they were telling that you had call on 17/05/2016 to 55181 at around 17:30 Hrs for around 112 Minutes.
While we had never called for any Jyotisharya and not on the mentioned dates & time. This is because that time mobile was in Roaming and we used to call only on very urgent calls.
I am not satisfied as Customer care is not able to prove or justify that call has been done. While we are sure that no such call has been taken place.
