I have been receiving the legal emails from Reliance despite my request being un-resolved. Below are the details of my subscription: Reliance Data Card No.9392712151 With corresponding account no.500002950931. Am a Software professional with a reputed company and was enrolled for a corporate plan NCPLUS_3GB_444. Monthly the bill is 444 and with taxes that comes around 508 INR pm. I visited a reliance store at Visakhapatnam on Feb 10th 2016 to have a cancellation of my connection and had all the dues cleared and raised a request for cancellation. The dues along with an excess amount for the next 12-14 days has been calculated by the store personnel and that has been paid off on 8th and 11th of Feb 2016. along with the Cancellation request which is SR no. 242846165. So In total I have paid an advance of Rs.440/-. If the request is really considered and cancelled - I should not have received the next bill generated on Feb 22nd 2016 which showed me a due of Rs.67 only. Neither I was communicated nor was called for any clarifications from Reliance on the raised Closure Service requested 242846165 which is a blunder from Reliance side. 22-10-2015 to 21-11-2015 - Bill Due 508 - Paid 508 on 8/12/2015 22-11-2015 to 21-12-2015 - Bill Due 508 - Paid 510 on 10/1/2016 22-12-2015 to 21-01-2016 - Bill Due 509 - Paid 700 on 8/2/2016 & 250 on 11/2/2016. 10-2-2016 - cancellation request raised SR 242846165 - where I already paid 440 in excess. 22-1-2016 to 21-02-2016 - Bill Due 67. (Starting this bill it shows No Data consumed) Reliance should clarify me why the service request is not closed while there is an ample time with all my dues cleared and additionally paid with 12-14 days rental. There is no point in generating the next bill of rs.67 had the request closed in time. Additionally there is no reason why that amount is accumulated to Rs.1538/- and additionally these legal emails are sent which are of no use when the issue is with Reliance. Kindly Resolve.
