MY COMPLAIN IS THAT I RECHARGE MY MOBILE NUMBER THROUGH AIRTEL ANDROID APP HERE IN MY AIRTEL APP IN MY BEST OFFER SECTION MENTION THAT RECHARGE WITH 159 FOR 1GB 3G/4G DATA FOR 28 DAYS SO I RECHARGE THAT DENOMINATION BUT I GET JUST 500 MB DATA AND 7 DAYS VALIDITY SO IT IS CHEATING TO CUSTOMER.
AFTER THAT I COMPLAIN ON AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AND APPELLATE AUTHORITY OF AIRTEL AFTER THAT THEY CALLED ME ON 15/01/2016 AND ASSURED THAT U GET U R FULL REFUND WITHIN 4HOURS BUT TILL NOW I NOT GET MY REFUND SO PLEASE STRICT ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL.
