my uber driver started his car afterwards he will not start ac and immediately I told him to stop the caras it was very hot and I cant travel 10kms.without ac.He fought with with and stopped the car and I stepped down. I told him that stop the meter but for 15 min he did not down the meter and charged me and started behaving very humiliating and using foul language.Hecalled drivers customer care and gave him wrong report that I have not paid him although I Paid his amount .on the uber has charged the same amount again and I have to pay extra charge.They are not ready to listen.pls help me in this matter
