Hi, i had booked an ola service and the cab broke down in the middle of the journey. I was supposed to get a refund of 3574 from Ola but it has been a month since they have delayed my refund. Every time I call them they ask me to wait for 10 days.
Had there been a delayed payment on my end i would be charged hefty late fee but ola never returns my money on time.
Kindly assist in getting my refund and the delayed charges from Ola services as they are non responsive now.
