Taxi booked along with advance but not provided

I booked a round trip taxi from delhi to Rishikesh from Taxibazaar. They took afvance for return cab but didn’t provide any details till pickup time. Then they stopped picking the call and said they can’t provide any service. I got stuck with my family in a different city and no cab was available for Delhi from here. Other cabs charging so high due to the situation. I want to register a complaint against this agency. They are fraud people and they make their customers suffer.
