I had booked Mega cab on 17th April 2016 at 10:22pm for travel to Ghaziabad on 18th April 2016 at 9:15am but i have Cab 1: Booking No - DEL0187, Control No - C002013426 got a call at 8:45am that cab is not available & call disconnected. then i called mega cab customer care & asked for owner number by she refused & told be that remarks updated in the record customer not answer the call, wrong information updated, then asked for compensation, reply sorry sir, & i threat to do FIR but as per them no issue & disconnect the phone. i Mentally harass in the morning because i have urgent work at Ghaziabad. need strong action against them.
