I was at T1 Terminal and tried to book ola cab at 12 am. I booked 3 times and ola driver cancelled my booking because they wanted to use surcharge pricing available thru app. Surcharge was going at 2.5 till 4.o X. In fact after trying for 30 minutes I managed to book at 1.5X surcharge. Its loot of consumer, there was no public transport available and app base taxis are increasing prices on their own and fleecing customers. Can anyone end this malpractice
