would like to register complain against OLA cab Varasani.
I had faced a serious problem due OLA cab services.
I had flight from Varanasi to New Delhi at 8:05pm on 26th March 2016. I was traveling along with my Wife and 6 months old daughter. I am presently suffering from ankle ligament injury. Hence, looking as per my convenience, I had booked OLA cab in advance on 25th March 2016 through OLA Mobile App.
Pickup address: Rajendra Vihar Colony, Varanasi
Pickup date and Time: 26th March 2016, at 5:15 PM.
Drop point: Airport, Varanasi.
Approx Time: 1hr 38mins

I had also received confirmation SMS on 25th March 2016; booking confirmation no. CRN206506164. After received SMS I had also called OLA cab customer care for pickup address correction. Customer care executive reverted that they cannot update the address manually. Mob APP will automatically take nearest land marks, however 30 min prior to pick-up, I will receive the driver contact details, and I can ask drive for the pick up address.

On 26th March 2016, I had call OLA cab customer care at 4:30 PM for my booking & for driver details. Some lady at OLA Customer care confirmed my booking and stated that I will receive driver contact details 30mins before my pick up time.
At 4:45 PM when I was not received any driver details, I again called OLA Cab Customer care.
Mr. Karan (customer executive of OLA), attend my call. He said that before 15mins pickup time I will receive the Driver details.
When I had given information provided by OLA cab as per my last call at OLA cab customer care.
He become offensive and said that OLA Cab never takes guaranty to provide cab, regarding any confirmed booking. And additional to that he suggested that I will book cab “ride now” option through Mobile APP.
In Varanasi OLA cab is very rarely available on “Ride Now” option.
When I asked Mr. Karan to connect to some of his senior to resolve my issue, initially he was tried to forcefully convince me to book cab on “Ride Now” option. After 5 mins discussion he put me on hold to connect his senior. More than 5mins hold, Mr. Mayuk (Senior Supervisor M/s Ola Cab Customer Care), attended me, after long discussion he said that there is now Cab available for my confirmed booking. During our conversation he also send the regret SMS at 5:05PM for my booking, he also suggested to book cab from “ride now” through OLA Cab Mobile APP.
He also tried to bribe me if I get the cab “ride now” he will wave-off the charges.

Even though I was ready to pay twice the charges he was not provided the Cab.
I had scheduled business meeting & daughter vaccination on 28 April 2016 therefore I must have to catch the flight. With great difficulty I had got “Autoriksha” to reach airport.
Due to irresponsible behavior of OLA cab & unavoidable circumstance, last minutes rush I had re-injured my ankle and my 6months daughter had fever. It was not only physical harassment but also mental harassment for me and for my family.

Requesting you, kindly understand my grievance,

Please take the necessary action against OLA cab and provide me necessary compensation from OLA cab.
I have full recording of my telephonic discussion with Mr. Mayuk, Senior Supervisor M/s OLA cab Varanasi.
