My name is S K Jayaraj from Salem, Tamilnadu State. My mobile number is +91 94435 14558 & 91592 64428.Last night I had reached Krishnarajapuram Railway Station at 21: 00 Hrs with my 7 years old daughter. I had booked a cab through Ola to go to my relative house which has located near Segahalli . The driver from Ola called me up and said your taxi is waiting outside the station. I asked him could you tell me the fare roughly, he replied me that please come sir will discuss in person.I came out from the station and found the taxi.After getting in to the taxi again asked him how much fare roughly, he didn't reply and put the meter on, then he told me it's 3 Times charges. I get shocked. I told him I am getting down, he threatened me and told you have to pay the amount. I told him I cannot pay anything, then I asked him go to the nearest police station. We are all went to the KR Puram police station along with my 7 years old daughter at 21:30 Hrs. The duty police inspector enquired the entire happening and told me to pay the amount whatever it comes. Since I don't have any other obtions in that night I agreed. Then the driver went to the taxi and took a bill for Rd.367/- which gave me a big shock. Because we traveled hardly 2 kilometeres from the railway station. Even the police personnel on duty supports the cab driver.Then I forced to pay Rs.367/- then I took another autorickshaw from police station. I reached my relative house at 23:00 Hrs. My daughter was very hungry, tired & sleepy.This incident gave me lot of mental agony & disturbance. Here below I am giving here the driver name and phone number in the attached documents.
