Sending Cheap Product V-Guard VGSD 50 by Industrybuying online shopping

I have order this V-Guard VGSD 50 (images no.1 & 2) from this website, however I have received the wrong product V-Guard VG50 (images order received - which I have been already using for last 2 years).

I have ordered the VGSD 50 Maroon color as I have purchased New Maroon color Fridge but I have received cheap looking white stablizer. there is a lot of difference in models (Difference in Image attached)

I need the resolution ASAP, although I expect less on such a unprofessional act already faced from Industrybuying.

I think will never buy anymore from industrybuying and never recommend it to others, worst experience of lifetime till date by online shopping.

    complaint no is 00078106, your online chatting does not help appropriately. However I have seen how smartly you have now changed my order into that white stablizer thankfully I have the screen shots of the ordered item. I need a Cherry Color VGSD50 Stablizer or better than that instead of this cheap VG50 in the name of VGSD50 as VG50 is easily available for 1000 bucks on various sites.

    The industrybuying people are not responding to my complaints, instead keeps on sending random guys without any information to pickup the item, which they are not aware of one of them kept on saying I have come to pickup the fridge. now they want me to send the product to them after that they will decide they will replace or refund. is this the way trading is done?
