Sir, I Sri Pradeep Kumar sahu, S-E zone, Shantikunj, Haridwar,had taken a post paid Tata Docoma SIM card bearing Mobile No. 9045004521 on free rental basis during Nov. 2015. But, due to some unavoidable circumstances, I terminated the said Mobile No. through the Mail ID [email protected]/[email protected]/[email protected] from mail ID - [email protected], EMD department Shantikunj, Haridwar on dated 15/07/2016 on which all our transaction and correspondences were made through and since then, the SIM is not in use. But, after two years the company raised a bill worth Rs.113/- against the said SIM for the month July 2018 and sent me a message to my presently using mobile No. 9258369793 on 3rd.August 2018, the 1st bill. Again the 2nd bill raised me Rs.230/- on 14/9/2018 and since then the bills are being raising every month. The last bill I received on 15/9/2018 worth Rs.347/-.
On dated 20/09/2018, I sent a request through representation over Mail Id [email protected] for cancellation of the bill as the SIM has been terminated on 15/7/2018. But, company received my mail and sent me Service request No. 600542227 for future correspondence. After termination of the SIM card, the company raising the bills against the said mobile No. which hazards me mental, physical and financial for which all my works have been hindrance. After repeated due request, company harassing me for making the bill payment.
Therefore, I compelled to put forth my request before the Hon'ble Consumer Court for my justice.
