Threatened for taken legal action, I have bought tata wifi doungle with pay extra cost Rs. 999/-

I have bought tata wifi doungle with pay extra cost Rs. 999/- because tata Service will not work in other device.
Recently, Tata company have been end of his service and my doungle purchasing cost completely block in doungle by end of the service of company.
I have hold company payment Rs. 1001/-
Against my doungle cost.
So tata company regularly threatened me,will take legal action against me.
My doungle cost already block by end of the service by company.
What should i do?please help.

    I would like to bring your kind attention that I have credit card account with HDFC bank. I have been tortured by the unregistered telemarketers who are servicing HDFC bank as a freelancer offering personal loan products.

    I have already brought this nuisance to HDFC bank and Ombudsman for banking operation concerned.

    But none has been materialised so far.

    I have provided all the substantial evidences to prove my complaints are legitimate, but neither HDFC bank nor the Ombudsman take the penal action against the erring telemarketer as of now.

    HDFC Bank keep on saying that the phone numbers I had complained are not related to their bank.

    I had shared all the voice recorded evidences to prove.

    HDFC Bank never mind to lose their reputation by encouraging these unregistered freelancer to promote their products.

    Whenever I questioned the telemarketer/so called freelancer about how did they get my number, they simply replied that either the branch officials or the bank share the customer privacy.

    So, I will my privacy details with HDFC bank is at high risk and wanted to get compensated for the annoying mental agony and peace. Further I claim Rs.50 lakhs towards this against HDFC bank.

    I pray the Consumer Court to pass necessary orders to HDFC bank in this regard.
