I had purchased a dress from jabong.com order no 160713398679775.Ihad asked for a refund due to fitting issues and got a mail on 26th july ie the amound of rs 999 had been refunded in my account via NEFT.I had been following up with my bank since then but no amount had been credited to my account.I have been sending mail to them since last one week but didnt get any reply so far.
The mailed id s in which i have mailed are care@jabong.com,corporate.sales@jabong.com.I also tried calling them but their useless customer care no never gets connected.I have been shopping with E COMMERSE sites regularly but never had to deal with such unprofessional people.Pls help....
