I ordered "Combo of 3 branded premium denim shirt" Size - XXL, attached is the pic of the same for your reference. But on 2nd june 2016 evening when i received the order from buffersales all the 3 shirts were not of Denim which i ordered and is there in my attached snap shot, instead i got 3 shirts of some local premium quality and that too size of all 3 is "L".

When i asked buffer sales to please rectify why did this happen by sending mail and contacting them on phone and said that i want them to deliver me my right order which i placed online through your website and take away this wrong order and if they are not able to provide me my right order i would request you to refund my money back.

They gave me a Ticket no. 52527 and said we will get back in 8 days and than after 8 days they said we will get right order delivered to you and collect the wrong order in 21 days and now they are not responding to any mail or phone.

Attached is the snap of wrong order which they sent to me which tells you the brand of shirt and quality along with the size.

Appreciate your prompt help on the same.
