Dear Sir,
I am Mr.Amol Tamke. I book Gemei rechargeble shaver and trimmer product on askmebazzar.com on dated 18.04.2016 and cost is Rs.434.0 only. Product is received on dated 22/04/2016 and found another brand i.e. Nova is received instead of Gemei rechargeble shaver and trimmer. I complaint on dated 23/06/2016 about the wrong product receievd to a customer care center. As per him I sent the product with proper packing to given address and as per company rule they refund me a Product cost + courier charges. Then no reply received from the askmebazzar.com. So I call again to customer care and they told me that your prodcut is under checking. I received only the product cost i.e. Rs.434.0 only in my account and no courier charges received in my account. Again I complaint to customer care and they promice me to resolve this issuue in 7 working days. But till date we dont receive my courier charges. Many time I call to customer center but every time they given promice that the issue resolve 7 to 14 days time. Once I submit the mini statement of my account as per customer care. I westing my time and money also to call the customer care center, but no any action taken from askmebazzar.com. So I kindly request you to resolve this issue as early as possible. I am waiting favorable reply from you.
