dear sir,

        i am writing this letter regarding the pick up that is done by mistake from your courier person,

                        i am giving the details and mistake done by you 

i have ordered one product name play YOU SMART TO WHEEL SELF BALANCING SCOOTER WITH FREE BAG ON 09.04.2016 AND SUBORDER ID - 15986616226 BUT THIS PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERED. BUT BY MISTAKE YOUR COURIER PERSON HAS PICKED FROM ME THE SAME PRODUCT WHICH WAS DELIVERED ON 25.3.2016 ORDER ID-12499783475  NOW I HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO RETURN THE PRODUCT OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK,AND I AM REQUESTING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR ALREADY MY CASE HAS BEEN DELAYED 

           FOR FURTHER DETAILS I AM SHARING THE IMAGE OF PICK UP RECEIPT AND THE REFUND TICKET ID-21756026

    Dear sir,
             As per telephonic conversation I am writing this letter that I have purchase d a product Play U smart self balancing scooter on 28th march 2016 which was delivered and I paid COD Rs 13884+99=13983/-
    Having order no-12499783475
    And Suborder no- 15700162776
    This transaction was complete

    Then again that above same product was ordered on 09-04-2016 Having Order ID--12738037328 And suborder ID --15986616226
    But this product was not Delivered to me
    And a reverse pick up was created on same order and as I Was not in office my office boy gave that  Play U smart self  balancing scooter which I purchase d on 28-3-2016 and its AWB No--SND2507052 Dated  15-04-2016
    Now My product is also with them and My money is also with them and they say openly we will not give u ur product nor your money

    So please help me in this matter
