    Sir ,
    With due respect I bought a Redmi Note 3 32gb recently but I got a damaged product. I claimed for replacement & the replacement was done by the Snapdeal company through Go Java's Express courier. But I cannot trace my replacement product. Nor I have received it. It has been over 10 days yet my product is undelivered.
