Voucher reedemed but transaction failed

I ordered dominos pizza online on 8th june 2016, around 9.45 pm.at the time of payment i applied 200 Rs. E voucher( purchased from mygftr.com )
But my transaction was failed and dominis reply me by mail that they reactivate the voucher within hour.
But still my voucher is not activated.
I also logged the complaint on dominos feedback department two times, and i also went to the store but they say they cant help it about on line order. I also called to west regional office of dominos( no. 022-42611512 ) but they didnt answer me as well as they hung the phone.

Still my problem not resolved.
Sir i know there is no worth of 200 rs. Nowadays , but if you think if this happen to 1 in 1000 then where the figure will go.the big company cheating like this and earning so much money..
Pls take an action as soon as possible..
