I visited Sana beauty parlor on 15th November.
there was a lady her name is nilofer she's the owner of that beauty parlor.
I asked her for my hair smoothening treatment she said ok so I visited her parlor.
she has followed wrong protocol on my hairs and my hairs got damaged completely now she's giving me excuses and saying that it is my fault I want my money back also I want to take action against her.
