on 19 feb 2017, i(Parvesh Jain)(card no. 913) purchased a membership card from matrix black scissors saloon, address: barnala road near baba bhuman shah chowk, shiv bhole complex(9780486194)(7014462884)(9467436526), sirsa, haryana, where they offered parlour and spa benefits worth rs. 5600 against rs. 500 and assured me by mr. vinod their marketing personal that you donot have to pay anything extra as it is a promotional offer and this is original matrix saloon. i purchased the card for my sister. when my sister went their for the hair cut they asked for extra money and said in promotional offer the cutting worth rs. 300 is free and you take a hair cut worth rs. 550,so pay extra 250. we paid the amount. next time when she went for a clean up, they said you have to pay extra 300 for a tan treatment.3rd time we went their for a facial they said facial for your skin is not available in free package, you have to pay extra 600, 300 for facial and 300 for tan treatment. i asked them at the time of purchase you said everything will be under 500 and whenever i visited here, you demanded extra money and rudely asked us for leaving the saloon. this is simply the fraud with the customers and kindly verify whether this is original matrix saloon or not? i am not the only one who is facing this problem, number of other members are also their who are also victim of this fraud.
