Worst service and not ready to give original bill copy

I hired Saleenas Hair & Beauty Salon for my bridal make up on 30 January 2020. They provided me worst services and also came around 2 hours late from booked time without any reason. When I was ready to gave them payments according to their services then they were not ready for it and demanding for higher payments. And they are not ready to give me original bill copy of my payments and when I asked for original bill copy then they are threatening me.
