dear sir maine ek product mangwaya tha aur wo product dective nikala mne return initiated karwa but koi response nhi mila usske baad main company mein call kiya but mujhe ye bolte rahe ki 24hr 24hr wait krte rhe ese karte karte 10 din niakl diye phir ek din maine dubra call kiya unhone wala ye case humre under nhi hai electronics team se baat karo fr maine ki 12 din baad wo bolte hai ki job sheet provide karo service center se jake iss covid 19 ke time wo mujhe bahar bhej rahe the agar is covid ke time bahar hi jaana padh raha hai toh main offline hi shoping kar leta or main jaane se maana kardiya phir bolte hai ki sorry aapka refund nhi hojaega phir dubra main ne call kiya toh bolte hai 2-3 din ruk jaiye hum dekhte phir dubra call lagya phir yehi respone milta hai mujhe aise karte karte 27 days ho jaye phir mujhe bolte hai ki sorry aapko refund nhi mila mujhe mere paise chaiye
