Consumer ordered a watch (Casio Edifice EFR558 full gold luxury men watch) on 04 feb 2020 with order ID : SO259292440 by paying 3400/-(Cash on delivery) delivered on 10 feb 2020 which was of different colour (silver instead of golden) return requested on 11 Feb 2020 picked up on 12 Feb 2020 and on 20 Feb 2020 it delivered back to the seller. Till date 01 March 2020 no amount refunded. When enquired with the company they didn't give any unbsatisfactory reply (lame excuses). Consumer want the refund as soon as possible.
