I bought a Pantaloons voucher on phonepe but still I didn't get voucher

Dear sir,

On 2 August I bought a Pantaloons voucher of 7000 rupee from phonepe app during this my money is deducted but no voucher is issued to me on 2 August.
I complaint about this to phonepe and they said wait for 1 day to process of voucher and we will give you details on 3 August.
After 3 August given timing I contact again phonepe and they said money is reached to Pantaloons but your voucher is stuck at Pantaloons point. So we will be in touch with them about your issue and will give response on 6 August.
Today I contact again phonepe support and they give same answer and said wait for 2 more days for any information about your issue.

I need my money back ASAP.
Please help me in this matter.
