I had order no.(10557415314) a jacket on 12.12.2015 for my brother arman abbas, with snapdeal id- dharmendrak115.dk@gmail.com, the same was delivered on 16.12.2015, but size was too small, so i requested to replace the with Large one and same was accepted by company.
after that product was pick-up from my address, exchange size was not delivered, and company email me that size is sold out, so u can take ur refund through NEFT, and share bank details with me. i did as per email request.
But till date i didnot received my refund.
during this period i have talk many time with customer care executives but the customer care care executive did not solve my problem.
During the call with snapdeal, i get the chance to talk with floor manager, supervisor more than 5 times. and i requested to him please refund my money to my freecharge wallet....every time they said i will do it by 48 hours. but still i am waiting for that 48 hours.
The snapdeal team never takie this matter seriously, they never call me back regarding this issue. tyhey never said me what the problem he is facing to refund my money to bank account.
I am totally upset....i have lost many money and most important time regarding this.
