I had ordered HP Printer cartridges with order ID 101300004145590 from HP Online store on 25th september 2023.
According to HP support, the product was expected to be delivered with in 2 to 3 business days.
Since, the product was not delivered till 5th of October. We contacted HP support team and raised our issue, then they suggest us to wait 1 to 2 business days for further updates.
But there was no response even after the 2 days and we again contacted Hp support team on 7th October and they again ask us to wait another 24 hrs.
And today we conatcted HP support they said we will get the product by the end the day.
Since the product was not delivered we are moving with the complaint.
