Online complain agaainst Naaptol Shopping Datawind Calling Tablet with Keyboard

Had ordered Datawind Calling Tablet with Keyboard from Naaptol.The product delivered was defective with issues suc as touch screen was not working.Charging was not happening.Hence called them for refund.But they disagreed to refund and instead said they would get it replaced and would arrange for reverse pickup.But even after 4-5 days there is no reverse pickup and their customer care exec are saying there is no reverse pick up and they would not replace and i have to directly go to the service centre. And are not ready to refund also. Thier supervisors Randhir Pathak and Sohail also are useless people and do not even know that their colleagues Sachin,Amit,Rajendra had confirmed me of reverse pickup.Thier other sales rep like manjula,Soni,Shivangi shah are all pathetic.Would request you to help me recover my amount
