I have purchased a iberry auxus stunner st1 phone from ebay online on 22-Feb-2016[Ebay PaisaPay ID:41964965145 and SR# 1-68883288606] with ebay guarantee. I got the delivery on 24-Feb-16 and I have placed refund request for same on 26-Feb-16. Ebay rejected my refund request on 29-Feb-16 by stating that “ item you purchased is under manufacture warranty. We do not cover manufacturing warranty products”. Till now I am in communication with ebay team for refund request approval.
If ebay do not cover manufacturing warranty then why ebay listed ebay guarantee label with products with manufacturer warranty???????????? Issues i have mentioned here should be covered under ebay guarantee (Item Significantly Not As Described, Nonfunctional). I have received a product which is not as described and not fully functional.I am facing many issues while opening the box major are listed as below –
1. Charger supplied with product is of 1A where as reading description “2A quick charge support” states normal person like me that charger will of 2A or phone will get charge quickly but unfortunately neither thing is available with the phone. Phone is taking long charging time more than 4hrs where as described 2A quick charge support (Under ebay not described policy).
2. VR Headset X1 is not working i.e. not able to play any VR video. Phone is getting switched off when fix in VR box where as described immersive video feature (Under ebay not described policy or non functional policy).
3. Cable supplied with iwtach is not working (Under ebay Non Functional policy)
Ebay is playing wisely with my refund request from last one month and not providing refund of product and harassing me and wasting my time from last one month. As ebay team thinks that these are manufacturer defects(shocking for any consumer), then also seller should be responsible to communicate with the manufacturer as i am facing issues while opening the box.
