Respected sir, i am from alipurdaur and your regular customer, i have buy a sweater from your mall on 01.12.2017 at alipurdaur. Unfortunately this item was some problem, like chain problem, stichting problem. My invoice no.Pos/73345/17 date. 01.12.17
Last day I went to exchange this item bt your staff harassed me, at first they(subhashish biswas) said the item was good, no defect, then I show those prblm/defects, after this they said exchange period is over, but date till 16.12.2017(15 days). Then they misbehaved me, then I left.
So what can I do,? How I shop from your mall? Plz help...
