Hi,
I m yogesh trivedi from mumbai
I purchased ray ban sunglasses online on 26/04/2015 from bookmyoffer.com
Along with woodland purse and earphhone.
They charged 998.0 with COD
Ref no 80467757712367
I received on 29/04/2015
But it was found to defective in one side of glass.it is impossible to use with defective glass.as per company terms of replace defective products
So I called customer care helpline as mentioned on website of bookmyoffer ph-08010001133
Inspite of trying many times no one is picking calls
I submitted online complaint regarding this on 29/04/2015 with photos of defect and purchased bill. I got email from their side that we will respond to you in 24-48 hrs.
Thereafter I didnt get any email from them.
Again I did repeat complaint on 07/05/2015.again same default letter I got.that we will respond in 24-48 hours.
Till now I didnt get any reply from thier side.
Kindly look at this matter.
