విలువ గల వస్తువులను కొనుగోలు చేయడం జరిగింది.
అయితే నేను వస్తువులు కొనుగోలు చేసిన ప్రతిసారీ క్యారీ బ్యాగుల కొరకు అదనంగా డబ్బులు వసూలు చేశారు. ఇట్టి విషయమై మొదటి సారి నేను 25 ఏప్రిల్ 2019 న ఈ రిలియన్సు కంపెనీ వారి వినియోగదారుల సహాయ కేంద్రానికి సంప్రదించగా వారు ఈ విషయం లో వారం లోగా మీకు కలిగిన అసౌకర్యానికి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని నా యొక్క పిర్యాదు ను స్వీకరించారు, దానికి సంబందించిన మెసేజ్ పంపారు
దానిలో ఈ విధంగా ఉంది.

అయినప్పటికీ వారు నా సమస్యకు ఎలాంటి పరిష్కారం చూపలేదు.
అంతే కాకుండా నానుండి క్యారీ బ్యాగుల కొరకు అదనంగా డబ్బులు వసూలు చేయడమే కాకుండా నేను కొన్న క్యారీ బ్యాగుల పై వారి కంపెనీ యొక్క పేరును ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటున్నారు..
ఇలా నా నుండి అదనంగా డబ్బులు వసూలు చేయడమే కాకుండా నన్ను మోసం చేయడం జరిగింది
దయచేసి వినియోగదారుల కోర్టు నిజామాబాద్ వారు నా నుండి అదనంగా వసూలు చేసిన డబ్బును మరియు నన్ను మానసికవ్యధకు గురిచేసింనందుకు గాను నాకు నష్ట పరిహారం ఇప్పించగలరని అలాగే ఆ కంపెనీ వారికి ఎక్కువ మొత్తంలో జరిమానా విధించగలరని కోరుతున్నాను
