I have purchased Lenovo All-in-one desktop with 1TB HDD, 2 GB RAM, i3 processor with wireless keyboard and mouse during November, 2015. For the last one week the wireless keyboard of left side keys are not working even replacement of batteries with new one. I contacted the seller for the above complaint, but he replied that, it is working and possible to repair it. In this regard, I request you to kindly inform me whether the above wireless keyboard may be repaired on not. If it will be repaired, please give me the details of your service center to hand over the same.
