the phone was submitted for diagnosis since the display has popped up and the phone was in working condition..
they have checked the phone internally to see the issue and diagonsed internal rubber is damaged, which proves that phone has been open and worked upon...
when phone was handed over back to me, the battery percentage is not increasing while charging the phone..
submitted them back, they handed over again the faulty device after resetting the device.. they say they just update the software and rest the settings and give it back.. this issue have never arised before in last 15 months of usage.. this is first time after giving them phone, this is happening..
submitted them back and again they have done same and claiming it that phone is repaired.. not providing me time to check my device.. and saying if any other further issue persist, i will have to pay to get it fixed..
infact they tried to charge this time as well (mentioned on job sheet) though apple care asked them not to..
they are trying to escape the responsibility..
all i wanted is 1/2 days to check whether phone is working but they are saying no.. no reverts to email..
i want either phone to be replaced or complimentary 90 days warranty on phone..
the apple support and service center is not co-operating and mentally harassing me...
US chat support says talk to india guys, India support says talk to service center and servcie center says we cant do anything..
