Through this letter I am seeking your kind favor as for considering my complaint against KP motors.

Dear Sir,
In relation to this matter I had purchase my Aprila from K.P motors on Date 12-sep-2020( Invoice no. VHL134) with vehicle number KL58 AC9655 and upon purchase it was informed that the warranty period is for 5 years.
Recently prior three weeks an irregular noise started to appear from engine area and upon which I had taken the vehicle to the above said KP motors prior three weeks and upon reaching there they had informed that they will deliver the vehicle with a day or two , now it’s almost three weeks after I had handed over the vehicle to the dealer and there is no response from them as on the matter, even though the vehicle is in warranty period. And today upon visit to the dealership the agent was behaving with me in an unruly manner and he said it will take further time to hand over the vehicle.
Hoping that you will consider this issue at the earliest and help me to sort out the grievance at the earliest.
