I purchased Samsung Galaxy A53 5G mobile in 28 may 2022. Mobile has got 1 year warranty. Mobile has IP67 rating. It means Totally protected against dust and Protected from immersion in water with a depth of up to 1 meter (or 3.3 feet) for up to 30 mins . But Our mobile got soaked in the rain for a while. We gone to samsung service center karad. They repaired my mobile under warranty and returned me. After some days my mobile have been getting many problems like blutooth, wifi, hotspot not working. mobile battery drains fast. Today 17 September 2022 we go to samsung service center karad. But they declined Mobile warranty. They says water entered in mobile. But mobile has IP67 rating. Then why the declined my mobile warranty. By First time they were gave us service but second time they reject service. They says water entry not allowed in mobile. But we purchased mobile by thinking IP67 rating. Please Help us
