Fraud in Repair Parts

I am facing the charging problem of my samsung smartphone and then we are submitted the device to samsung service centre for this problem. service centre give us estimate rs. 4,500/- and time of delivery we paid full amount in cash. but, same time i check my phone problem is as it is. we demanded my money refund that time centre is not responded.
