Too much delayed by Replacing faulty Wrist Watch, TITAN SONATA Service Centre

I am purchased new Sonata Watch from Perfect Time, Titan Showroom, Badlapur W on 7th Jan 2018. From same day I found that Watch not working properly so I visited same showroom on 29th Jan for replacing faulty watch. But store person not accept that watch is faulty. After complaint in Titan customer care service centre ready to exchange faulty watch with new one and customer care person told me to collect new watch from same showroom on 21st Feb but store person not agree to provide new watch and request to wait for another 8 to 15 days for replacing watch.
Please help me for replacing watch or refund cash.
