I visited bier library , Koramangala on 23rd feb 2020. A service charge of 5% is levied. When asked to remove service charge , the manager argued that its mandatory and cant be removed. According to the Supreme court/ Govt has issued ia notification saying its optional and cant be forced to pay it.Please look into the issue.
