We ordered dimsums and soup in kylin restaurant on 4th Dec 2023 around 3 PM in Chandigarh at Kylin restaurant Elante mall however while eating veg clear soup I found an insect in the soup and on complaining they just said sorry and i tried to take picture of that insect but the manager just stirred the soup so we cannot capture it, it can be easily seen in the picture that the manager used his hand to blur my picture. This is unacceptable on the grounds of hygiene standard and being pure vegetarian its so regretful from such a big chain to show such bad behavior and poor hygiene standards. Really disappointed as i regret having two sips of that soup. I puked several times after it.
