Against Misbehaviour of counter boy

Me and my wife, both senior citizens, had a halt at Ambala’s Jaggi Centre on 16.9.23 at apprx 8 PM, while travelling from Jalandhar in Punjab to Karnal in Haryana and decided to have Subway sandwich as dinner.
I was second in queue at veg section and a Sikh gentleman was preparing order for those standing first. They had many items, so a lot of time was going into it. When it was about 15 minutes, another employee named Harman appeared and asked for my order. I asked for two veg sandwiches for which he went and brought a long loaf of Honey Oats bread and sliced it as required. Then he went to the back end for reason unknown and took a good five minutes to reappear. Then, he again left this counter and went to cash counter to issue a bill to a customer who came after us and took a good ten minutes leaving us and loaf of sliced bread where we were. It was half an hour and our order was nowhere and this Harman was hardly bothered that we were standing for half an hour. When I went to the cash counter and asked him what was he doing here leaving our order in between, his reply was that this customer was asking for the bill but that customer denied having asked for any bill as at Subway, they issue the bill after preparing the order. When I pointed out to Harman his mistake of keeping us in a lurch by moving unnecessarily from one place to other and kept us waiting for so long without any plausible reason, he was least repentant. I asked his name and told him that I will file a complaint against him, he unashamedly told me that I can do whatever I want and don’t care about any complaints. So we went out without having meals wondering how such types of persons are employed by Subway ?
We want a strict action against this employee Harman for unnecessarily keeping us waiting for so long and more so, his unbecoming and unapologetic behaviour. In my opinion, such types of employees are a blot on the organisation they serve and deserve to be thrown out.
