I purchased my jio sim in 6 month ago.when I purchased jio sim the network of jio is very poor in my area. I complaint this matter for jio customer care they give me 90 days time period for solved my probleam but after 90 days they do not solve my probleam and again give me in 60 days more time period. but after 60 days they do not solved my probleamin again. and when I asked to jio customer care in this matter he give me agin 60 days time period for solved my problem.jio team not listen my probleam they always ignore my complaint.and give me only next date to next date. The behavior of jio team is not good. I requested to you please solve my probleam because I waist my time and money for join with jio network.please take a right action for against Reliance jio. I hope you understand my probleam and solved it
