dear sir,
I am using jio no. 7976376171 for 2 years with 399 plan, on 13 april 18, when my plan expired I recharged it with my jio voucher from jio ap by net banking but recharge failed but rs. 349 dedected from mya bank account.
I complaint your customer care no. 199 on 14 april 18. on 15 april I got call back from your customer care that they investigating my complaint by suggesting another recharge for continue service. I done another recharge with same process but my 13 april recharge refund amount still not credited in voucher list or my account
after near one month, number of time reminding complaint position is same. no result. please refund or credit in my jio account rs.349 immediately otherwise I will go to TRAI or consumer court for this matter
