i was gone to Reliance Jio Care (service center) at rourkela. Due to some technical issue my phone display was not working. Same has been intimated to Jio care advisor and he told me no warranty on display. Also my phone was purchased on 19th aug 2018 (9 days before).Direct refuse me to receive the product. After argue he received the same.But returned as is as without any any repaired.
Now they demand me if I will pay Rs.1500/- than it can be repaired while the cost of phone is Rs.1500/-
No valid of my phone warranty.
