I recharged my jio number 9350592085 with 399 plan with validity of 84 days i.e. 9th of July 2018. This plan has unlimited calls to any operator local or national plus 1.5GB data per day plus 100 sms per day and other roaming facilities. After 7 days of my recharge i.e. 30th of April, 2018 I have found a text message for outgoing calls will be barre. Communicated to jio customer care several times but all the times . They have clearly mentioned about limits of data and sms but never mentioned about the limit of voice. Moreover, I, request him to lodge a complaint but they refused to do. Please look into the matter. Thank you.
