Jio Fiber Internet connection fraud

Hi Team,

I have raised a service request with Jio Fiber for my connection shifting, I took subscription of 3 months and paid INR 6000.
Jio technician came to my new location and checked for the feasibility and told that the ports were full and not possible to give me the connection.
I have informed the same to JIO customer care and they told that its not possible to give the connection and they not even refunding my amount.
I have more 2 moths subscription left which is almost 4000 rupees.
SR000012I5B1 is my service request number.

Now when I call to customer care they are disconnecting my call.

asked them to give me email address of higher authority and phone number they told they don't have any such contact.

Please help me.
