purchased a Daikin Inverter Split AC 1.5 T on 23 Apr 2017 from your store. which was installed by the person sent by the Reliance digital store only. Stopped working on 28 May 2017. ResQ team visited on 06th Jun 17. Told me that the installation of the product was faulty and it is beyond them to rectify, hence service engineer from the Daikin Store will come and rectify the problem. Since 6th Jun 2017, no one has come to visit either from the reliance or from the Daikin. i spoke to Daikin people and they told me that repair has to be done by the reliance ResQ team and that they will entertain only replacement, which they have never received. Reliance people are not sure what they have to do as they know internally that the fault is of the first person who has installed the AC, which was conveyed to me accidentally by the ResQ team. i am stuck between Reliance and Daikin because i am a consumer who has paid the amount and is without the facility of the same from almost 25 days.
