I have not buy a product but it will billing

Iam purchased Lloyd air conditioner in reliance digital which is located in thirupathi.it's cost 27700 but show room member will billing another 800 rupees for my bill. I will see bill for delivery time of product .I told for him 800 rupees will not purchase anything but it will billing.He is convince for me.Sir 800 rupees will refund for your phonepee number with in 7 days.But not refunded and I will call him he will not attend my call.
