Hi,
I had placed the other on 11th June under express delivery option. I have still not received the product nor have I received any communication about delay in shipping. I have written several emails and made calls to the customer service. The only standard response I have received is we will check and get back.
Requested for cancellation and refund. NO RESPONSE.
