Against my Order No.100004503 dt.26.01.2016 for supply of 500gms. Raisins for RS.290.00 & Amul Full Cream Milk 6Lt.x30days, I have recd. supply of milk only for 5days(7,8,10,11&12Feb.2016) & till date I have not recd. Raisins. Against my Order No.100005287 dt.09.02.2016 for supply of 1Lt.x30days Mother Dairy Full Cream Milk, I have recd. supply only for 4 days(21,22,24&25Feb,2016)
